VIDEOGRAPHY

To begin, we require 50% of your deposit and a signed contract to secure your shoot date. The remaining 50% will be due before you can receive your finalized content.

Depending on the amount of footage you are requesting you can expect to receive your dropbox link with all of your footage within 7-21 days. If you have a deadline please make sure to mention it during our consultation or pre-production page. The earlier the better!

If you would like your products to be returned, please include a return label and packaging. Otherwise we will store your product for up to 3 months.

Unfortunately, once the work is created there is no way I can un-do it or get my time back. No refunds will be issued therefore please make sure during our consultation and pre production you get to clearly explain your vision and what you want. A reshoot may be possible if there is a valid reason.

We go above and beyond to make sure you know we respect your time. We would only hope you do the same for us. If for any reason you can’t make it to your scheduled shoot. Please let us know 48 HOURS in advance so we can figure something out.

If you no call no show, your deposit will be kept and you will have to make a new deposit in order for us to schedule you a new shoot day.

If you refuse or don’t show up again, your contract will be terminated and we will refuse service.

A travel fee may be applied if a location is more than 30min drive from North Miami. This will be calculated during pre-production.
